TS EAMCET 2 results declared: Check Your Results


On July 12 at 5 pm, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Hyderabad has declared the result for TS EAMCET-2.

All the candidates able to check their results on website, www.tseamcet.in 

In this year Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University conducted the exam on behalf of Telangana state council for Higher Education(TSCHE) on July 9.

This entrance test was conducted for to get admit in various MBBS and BDS courses offered for academic year 2016-17.

What is TS EAMCET exam?

On behalf of TSCHE, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University(JNTU), Hyderabad conducted the Medical Common Entrance Test this year. This examination is the essential for admission into different colleges/universities in the state of Telangana.

Amelia Earhart Fellowship


Established in 1938 in honor of famed pilot and Zontian, Amelia Earhart, the Amelia Earhart Fellowship is awarded annually to women pursuing Ph.D./doctoral degrees in aerospace-related sciences or aerospace-related engineering. The Fellowship of US$10,000, awarded to 35 Fellows around the globe each year, may be used at any university or college offering accredited post-graduate courses and degrees in these fields.

Women of any nationality pursuing a Ph.D./doctoral degree who demonstrate a superior academic record in the field of aerospace-related sciences or aerospace-related engineering are eligible. Please note that post-doctoral research programs are not eligible for the Fellowship. Members and employees of Zonta International or the Zonta International Foundation are also not eligible to apply for the Fellowship. Current fellows may apply to renew the Fellowship for a second year and will undergo the same application and evaluation procedures as first-time applicants. Applicants must be registered in a full-time Ph.D./doctoral program when funds are received in September and will not graduate before April 2015.

Application Process:
The Zonta International Amelia Earhart Fellowship Committee reviews the applications and recommends recipients to the Zonta International Board of Directors. All applicants will be notified of their status by the end of April.

Applications for the 2014 Fellowships must be received or post-marked by 15 November 2013 to be considered. Applications that are incomplete or late due to postal delays will not be considered.

Francis X. Weninger Scholarships

The Weninger Scholarship is a four-year scholarship named in honor of Francis Xavier Weninger, S.J., founder of St. Ann Parish in 1865. St. Ann's was the first Catholic church and school with a ministry committed to Cincinnati's black community. The scholarship is awarded annually to students who are committed to the promotion of diversity in our society and who demonstrate leadership in the classroom, on campus and in the greater community.

Priority consideration for the Weninger scholarship is given to those students ranking in the top 25 percent of their high school class with at least a 3.0 GPA and a minimum SAT of 1070 (23 ACT).

The Weninger and Pro scholarships support Xavier's mission of promoting and celebrating a diverse campus community. Accordingly, Weninger and Pro scholars participate in activities throughout the year that promote the benefits of a diverse campus community.

Cambrian International Community Scholarship - Fall



Available to any full-time Cambrian College student from any program who is registered as an international student with the Cambrian International office and is enrolled at the Sudbury campus. Students are required to submit signatures and/or reference letter(s) demonstrating their involvement in extra-curricular activities at Cambrian or in the community. A 250-word essay must be submitted that describes why the applicant chose their program of study at Cambrian College, and future academic/career goals.
